The Malta Archipelago is located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea at 90km from Sicily. It consists of Malta, Gozo, Comino and other small islands. The Maltese islands cover a surface of 316 km sq with Malta as largest Island of the archipelago.

Malta is an urban and cosmopolitan Island characterised by low, flat topped hills with terrace fields. Malta Coasts features bays, sandy beaches, rocky coves and natural harbours.

Gozo is smaller and has its own characteristics. It is more rural and quiet. Gordo's country side is green and features spectacular cliffs and inland sceneries. Its capital city is Victoria also known as Rabat.

Comino is the archipelago's smallest inhabited island. There are no cars on this island which is very quiet and peaceful. It features numerous bays with crystal clear waters. It is a very good place to practice water sports such as swimming, snorkelling and diving.
